Syracuse football at its most complete in a comprehensive 33-25 win at California

Berkeley, Calif. — The Syracuse football team topped last season’s win total with its most complete effort of the season on Saturday, earning a thorough 33-25 road win over California.
The Orange never trailed, winning the opening coin toss, driving nearly the length of the field for a 24-yard field goal and then forcing two first-half turnovers against an opponent that hadn’t lost the turnover battle until Saturday.
